**As a business administrator you will be**:
Responsible for all aspects of marketing the business.
Sending estimates, invoices and general administration.
Booking jobs in and talking to clients who visit our showroom.
Updating our website.
Blog writing, newsletters, and social media.
Create lead generation for the company.
Investigate existing products and services comparing with competitors.
Suggest/investigate measures for improving our customer experience.
Review all company policies and job guides.
Keeping track of all project costings.

**To be successful you should be**:
Excellent organisational skills and time management.
Positive can do attitude.
Knowledge in WordPress is preferable.
Website and SEO knowledge is preferable.
Knowledge in Mailchimp for our marketing campaigns is preferable.
Knowledge in Xero is preferable.
Proficient on all social media platforms.
IT proficient.
Experience within a retail showroom or the building industry would be preferable.

We will consider a part time or full time position.

The salary will be based on your experience. This is between £18,000 - £25,000. This will be on a pro rata basis for a part time position.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
