**The Role**
Nido Volans, part of London South East Colleges' _specialist_ SEND provision, is seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team. If you are dedicated to supporting SEND learners and are eager to contribute to a forward-thinking and successful college, we want to hear from you
As a Lecturer in SEND, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional educational experience for our learners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning and organisation of courses for our _Personal Progression_ and _Employment Pathways_. You will also teach across various levels, delivering both accredited and unaccredited programmes tailored to learners with diverse abilities and needs. You will also support our Curriculum Manager with curriculum development, as well as driving the growth of the department. You may also be asked to promoting SEND programmes and participating in marketing events to showcase our provision.
