Part Time Child Contact Supervisor

The children we work with may be living with a parent, an extended family member or foster carers. Contact centres provide children with the opportunity to spend quality time with their parent and/or relative in a safe, neutral space. We also help facilitate contact sessions in the community
This role is to work across our contact centres as well as surrounding areas for community based work. Travel time and mileage is paid for community work, but not at our centres.
Full training is given in both child contact service and family support so offer a great opportunity to enhance your existing skills gained working with families.
An enhanced DBS is required dated within 2 years for child workforce, if you do not have one you will need to pay for a DBS if successful. Car owner essential. Some child transportation to contacts may also be required.
Report writing is needed after sessions so access to a computer is essential as is excellent written and spoken English. We are a social work led, family run company and operate across the UK.
Full training is given and additionally there are Family Support opportunities available for those willing to work in Norfolk occasionally.
£11 - £13 per hr depending on day of week worked.
