We are looking to recruit a self-motivated HGV driver to drive our modern 18-tonne rigid body beaver tail lorry occasionally with 18’ trailer based at our Kings Langley depot.

Main duties are delivering and collecting golf cars & utility vehicles for our hire business oliverbuggyhire and supporting our agricultural and professional turf machinery business, some London driving is required.

The role:

- Working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends if required
- Start times between 0500 - 0800 depending on run
- Nights Out are rare, but occasionally asked for
- Daily Vehicle Checks
- Adhering to Drivers Rules and Regulations
- Collections and Deliveries as needed
- Must have a valid C (HGV2) or C+E (HGV1) licence
- Must have a valid Digital Tachograph
- Must have a valid Drivers CPC Card
- Experience in delivery of plant preferred, but a willingness to work is a must
- Must be flexible and willing to adapt to each day’s requirements
- Must have good communication skills
- Good geographical knowledge also an advantage

In return we offer a good hourly rate (£14-£15 per hour), with overtime, 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, company uniform and enrolment into our company pension scheme.
