The **Director, Sales DPMS- EMEA **will lead the regional software solutions and operations teams in developing, executing, and managing the regional go-to-market strategy: channel strategy, S&OP, resource and investment planning, marketing, and global product development participation and planning. This role will serve as a partner to the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) in developing, executing, and managing effective growth strategies based on the EMEA profile and opportunities. In addition to providing regional leadership for software-related commercial activities, this person will be a key contributor to the company's drive to create superior enterprise value, growth alternatives, investment strategies, and improved customer experience.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTION**:
- As a true business partner, this commercial leader will assess organizational needs against best practices, driving the annual operating plan and the long-term strategy. Ensure Commercial execution elements are well organized and deliver against growth objectives. Serve as the Commercial leader to grow existing customers up the ladder and wallet share of products. Cultivate and manage effective relationships with commercial partners which deliver value to both businesses. Establish recognized market leadership for the Company and the brand which accelerates and supports growth.
- Manage all digital commercial activities on behalf of the Practice Management and Patient Solutions business lines. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that will most effectively provide the means to realize revenue goals and increase short-term and long-term enterprise value. Actively participate in product development prioritization and investment direction with cogent, relevant regional market and customer insights and assessments of growth opportunities and alternatives.
- Establish, execute, and manage effective tools, metrics, and processes to deliver on financial objectives, including strategic planning, portfolio strategy, participation strategy, channel partner profitability, performance management, service/support/implementation, mix management, downstream marketing, sales pipeline, pricing and promotional performance, ROI and strategies. Drive accountability and clear line of sight to financial and operating performance to include earnings, cash flow, cycle times, conversion rates,retention, and other key metrics. Deliver the annual operating budget.
- Lead Sales Organization, become a talent acquisition magnet for top talent and develop and manage that talent to deliver as a high-performing team. Provide local/regional indirect leadership for functional employees which supports building a cohesive global team, with a shared purpose and aligned objectives, but which also can execute effectively locally. Ensure functional strategies and performance are delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Ensure incentive structures are aligned with growth objectives. Oversee talent, staffing, and outsourced providers.
- Partner with other Sales & Service Directors, Product Line Managers, and SBU's to drive alignment on growth strategy priorities and plans to execute against. Establish and support leadership cohesion and proactively establish means to drive peer success.

**Required Education, Experience & Skills**:
**Min. Education and Field of Study**:
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience within oral healthcare technology.
**Minimum Years of Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in successfully managing a P&L
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar environment through sales and/or marketing
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with a company's leadership team and committees.

**Salary**: From £75,000.00 per year
