Personal Care Assistant

**Lady in Falstone area requires a homecare assistant to provide up to 48hrs support to be flexibly arranged across the week with discussion between employee and employer.
- Formal experience preferred but not essential.
- **Experience of palliative care needs beneficial.**:
- Car driver essential due to geographic location.
- Additional travelling rates open for discussion on a private basis.
**Hours of work: Up to 48hrs per week** available
**Rates of Pay: £17.50 per hour**
**Location: Falstone**
**Main Duties**:
- Support required with all aspects of daily living, including bed change, laundry, meal preparation. Support and reassurance around showering.
- Support with daily activities, support and encourage client to walk around outdoors and gentle exercise when able.
- Provide reassurance during periods of anxiety, any complimentary therapy knowledge to aid client’s relaxation would be advantageous.

**Training**:Where it is required, such as in Health and Safety matters, practical training and guidance will be arranged and the care worker will be expected to attend.
