**Job Summary**

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Blending Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. You will play an important role in preparing raw materials and ensuring all blends meet our strict quality and food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Transport raw materials from the warehouse to the blending room.
- Check expiry dates and batch numbers against the job sheet.
- Verify ingredients against the recipe card for each mix.
- Report any variances in job sheets or recipe cards to the Team Leader.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe specifications.
- Transfer completed blends to the production line after QA checks.
- Assist with cleaning machinery and blending areas to required standards, including allergen and pathogen control.
- Undertake training to meet food legislation requirements.
- Ensure all products leaving the blending room meet company quality and food safety standards.
- Follow all site health and safety protocols.
- Support site KPIs, including Food Safety Standards, Health and Safety, and Hygiene.
- Perform other duties as required by the team.

**Role Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role (ideally in food production).
