A bespoke developer in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire have a excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join their team
Our client has been founded for 30 years and are an award winning privately-owned developer of new homes
They have nearly 30 years’ experience creating bespoke, high-quality character properties in desirable locations within an hour of Buckinghamshire
Their new homes are built on carefully selected prime residential locations. Schemes range from larger estates to exclusive streets of several houses

**The Role - Senior Estimator**
As a Senior Estimator you will be office based, working on a range of housing / developing schemes
You will
- Undertake the preparation of tenders and bid proposals allocated by the Procurement Manager for presentation to the senior management team.
- Provide all information necessary for inclusion within the written bid submission.
- Attend pre-contract handover meetings, all necessary bid meetings and client meetings as requested throughout the tender process.
**The right person - Senior Estimator**
You will be a Senior Estimator with housing experience
Salary up to £70,000 + car or allowance + benefits
Estimator / Estimating / Housing / Developer / construction
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £50,000.00-£73,881.00 per year
