About the Company
A busy firm of Chartered Surveyors are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their London based team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and learn new skills. They are looking for someone who has a passionfor helping others by delivering first class technical solutions.
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Providing support and maintenance for Windows based systems and Windows servers
- Proving support and maintenance for printers
- Advising on procurement of new services and equipment
- Acting as a point of contact for external maintenance providers for telecoms and network support
- Updating and maintaining company website
- Updating company CRM databases accordingly
- Responsible for the company's social media platforms and keeping them up to date
- General office administration duties
Essential Skills and personal qualities
- 1-2 years in first and/or second line IT support or a recent graduate with excellent IT knowledge
- Experience working with Windows 7, 10, Server 2016
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook, Exchange, Office 365 & Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Group Policy
- Understanding of Virtual machines and SQL server
- Networking troubleshooting
- Telecoms/mobile device configuration/troubleshooting
- AV meeting room support
