We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Procurement Specialist** with experience in the **medical device industry** to join our team. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, supplier development, and ensuring supply chain continuity in a regulated environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage product end-of-life transitions and source alternatives to ensure supply continuity.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including obsolescence and long lead-time components.
- Evaluate and qualify alternative suppliers to support second-source initiatives.
- Track supplier performance and support audits and quality reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on NPIs, sourcing compliant materials for new business.
- Ensure supplier contracts, NDAs, and ISO accreditations are maintained and reviewed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in procurement within the **medical device or healthcare manufacturing** sector.
- Strong knowledge of **MRP systems**, supplier management, and regulatory standards (ISO 9001, 13485, FDA).
- Skilled in **cost analysis**, BOM evaluation, and sourcing for complex projects.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in **ERP/MRP systems** (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
- CIPS certification or equivalent (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
