- Both count. Both are us.**Senior Customer Care Advisor**:

- WHAT YOU WILL DO- Deliver efficient responses through various communication channels to customers who have raised a case of dissatisfaction against goods and / or the services received for the whole of the UK business.
- cause analysis ensuring the needs of the customer are addressed in a timely and accurate manner within SLA’s.
- Communicate with inter-departmental resources to obtain additional information to assist with a successful resolution of a claim.
- Support the Customer Resolution and Experience Manager with escalations which involve legal support, SAR’s requests and specialist technical knowledge.
- Provide support to the department in the absence of the manager due to holidays and sickness to ensure that an efficient delivery of service is maintained.
- Communicate updates to customers on their cases ensuring the management team are briefed on outstanding responses.
- Compose written communication in a professional and structured manner.
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- A positive outlook and the determination to succeed are essential skills to have for this role.
- You should be highly motivated with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Basic Excel skills are required.
- Existing knowledge of legislation and consumer rights is desirable to have.
- A Flexible approach to working and commitment to supporting business requirements is essential.
