This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, friendly team which delivers practical support as part of Warwickshire Children and Families Early Support offer. This is a highly rewarding role which requires one to one work with families on a helpline, and outreach work in the community.

**About the team and role**

As an integral part of the Early Support Service in Warwickshire we work closely with families and key stakeholders to ensure families receive the information and support they need at the earliest possible opportunity. This includes managing a confidential helpline service, visiting community outreach venues and supporting and expanding the team’s knowledge of the Warwickshire localities.

Whilst working as part our FIS Officer team, your week will be split between supporting families on our helpline and visiting community venues. Our office base is in Warwick, and our outreach offer is countywide.
