St Joseph’s Independent Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Bank (Zero Hours) Housekeepers to join our housekeeping department.

The general working days will be Monday to Sunday, working days, evenings and weekends.

St Joseph's is located north of the city of Newport within the popular area of Malpas lying just outside the boundary of Monmouthshire. Two miles north of the M4 motorway, the hospital is easy to access from Cardiff, Bristol, Monmouth, and Abergavenny, just to mention a few.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Carrying out a range of cleaning activities in our ward, theatre and x ray department

Cleaning patient bedrooms to include making beds

Deep clean of theatres

To follow hygiene regulations

**What you need to know**

Previous experience in housekeeping

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Someone who works well as part of a team and independently as required

Flexible to the need of the hospital

Reliable
