Our client is an online travel company who are currently looking for X6 customer service advisors to join the team due to the travel market picking back up again. Our client is backed by a global outsourcing company and therefore all their roles are secure as there are other campaigns within the business available.

The successful customer service advisor will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after completion of training. They will also receive discounts on holidays for themselves, family and friends.
**The Customer Service Travel Advisor Role**:
You will be representing a leading travel company, handling inbound calls and live chats from customers who have a holiday booked. You will be handling customer queries and making amendments to customers’ bookings where necessary. As this role is a mixture of over the phone and through live chat, good written and verbal communication skills are a must. No previous travel experience is necessary as full training is provided.
**Daily Duties of the Customer Service Travel Advisor**:

- Handling inbound calls and live chat queries
- Answering customer queries
- Handling customer complaints
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Being patient with customers and delivering an excellent customer service
- Working towards performance-based targets.
**Requirements of the Customer Service Travel Advisor**:

- At least 6 months Customer Service experience
- Good tenure in previous roles
- Able to work well under pressure
- Can work well in a team
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent customer service and brand awareness
