**Job Title: Insurance Surveyor**

**Reporting To**:Surveying Team Manager

**Purpose: To survey, scope and schedule insurance reinstatement works**

We are looking for a self-motivated Building Surveyor, you will be attending building projects, insurance claims and reinstatement works. Where you will be surveying, scoping and preparing projects of work ready to be completed by our building team, repudiated and/or cash settled.

Coordinating between customers, clients, building teams and administration teams you are a pivotal point throughout the project processes.

Owner of the surveying processes within an operations team and ensuring that all projects are fully ready to be passed through to completion.

Support the building manager to ensure that the projects are completed on time, on budget and with the correct level of profit and work alongside the administration teams to ensure that jobs are completed and invoiced as quickly as possible this job is for a real team player.

A working knowledge of IT management systems is important.

Managing the claim/project delivery and ensuring the attainment and compliance of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the project / claim life cycle, including; thorough scoping of works, value and case project management targets, proactive customer liaison and communications, updating of systems, liaising and coordinating building staff and contractors, and coordinating appointments, site attendance, health, safety and company polices on site and procurement needs where required.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
