GXO Logistics are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Drinks Logistics site in Newton Health on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operation is run efficiently and cost-effectively, whilst we implement strategicoperational and service improvements.

Predominantly, your working hours will be 6am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm, any 5 days from 7, however an element of flexibility is required.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer you a salary of up to £40,290 per annum. In addition, you’ll get 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- You’ll be responsible for all warehouse activity
- Check & monitor operational status daily and assume accountability
- Ensure the Warehouse teams adhere to stock processes to minimise stock Loss
- Deploy the right amount of resource in-line with operational needs in line with budget
- Track volumes v/s expenditure to ensure productivity KPI’s are met

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Extensive management experience of operating within a Warehouse FMCG environment
- Experience in managing employee relations and customer/trading relations
- Exposure to operating within a commercial environment sufficient to develop effective customer service and commercial understanding
- Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness
