**Job Description**:
Are you a Maintenance Fitter looking for a new permanent challenge with a major rolling mill company who are specialists in copper coil manufacturing that distribution to many countries worldwide? If yes,we want to hear from you

**Job Role**:
To maintain and repair machinery in set timeframes to minimise downtime, responsible for all PPM and order parts to ensure smooth running of the engineering department. Record all work carried out, liaising with customers and the maintenance team.

**Annual Salary**: £40,000 to £45,000 plus overtime
**Annual Holidays**: 25 days plus bank holidays

**Weekly hours**: 07.00 to 16.00 Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance and repair of rolling mills, slitters and other machinery- Planning and undertaking scheduled PPM'S (planned preventative maintenance tasks) in relevant timeframes.- Pro-active to call outs / breakdowns / line stoppages in timescales agreed.- Diagnosing faults & repairing equipment- Creating a spare parts solution plan- Monitor breakdown and repair data using in house computer system- Encourage continuous improvement and highlight deficiencies- Attend meeting and training courses as required- Ensuring that all machinery and equipment runs efficiently at all times with minimum downtime.- Providing support to maintenance team, including coaching and mentoring staffPlease
