Compliance Electrician

We are currently looking for a Compliance Electrician to join team on our busy site in Tewkesbury.

**Compliance Electrician Duties**:

- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install electrical systems and related equipment, as assigned
- Establish and adjust work schedules to meet production timetables; maintain flexible work schedule for off-hours testing and repairs
- Carry out test and inspection of electrical distribution
- Perform and adhere to Safe Electrical Isolation procedure of existing live circuits.
- Installation of various low voltage wiring systems.
- Installation of various cable containment systems.
- Testing & Energisation of systems up to 1000V, including new and modified electrical installations.
- Ensure all operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures are adhered to.
- Carry out any reasonable tasks in accordance with your position, aiming to add value.
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical Schematic Diagrams and Drawings.
- On site PAT testing

**Compliance Electrician Requirements**:

- JIB Graded Approved electrical or time served electrical apprentice in the industrial or commercial fields
- Hold C&G 2391 Level 3 Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations or equivalent
- Electrical Qualification equivalent to Level 3
- Hold C&G 236 Parts 1&2 in Electrical Installation Work or equivalent
- 18th Edition Qualified
- Full clean driving licence
- CSCS health and safety card (Desirable)
- IPAF Certificate (Desirable)
- First Aid Qualification (Desirable)
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Have experience in industrial electrical maintenance, installations and testing
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install electrical systems and related equipment as assigned
