**Accounts Assistant - The Role**
- Sales ledger including credit control.
- Purchase ledger and payment runs.
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card and expenses reconciliations
- Raising sales invoices
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller & Management Accountant
**Accounts Assistant - The Skills & Experience**
- At least 1 year experience working in a similar role
- Minimum of AAT Level 2 qualification
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently of supervision and be proactive in all areas of the role
- Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks
- Advanced Excel skills
- Remain composed in a busy / fast paced environment
- Team player with “hands on” approach
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willing and able to learn
