**Role - Architectural Technician**
**Salary - £27,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**
**Type - Permanent**
**Location - Essex**
My client works within hospitality and commercial Architecture and Interior design and are looking to take on an experienced Architectural Technician on a permanent basis in Essex.
**The Architectural Technician will ideally have the following attributes**:

- Architecture, Interior Design or Architectural design related degree
- Experience in interior design, architecture, or construction within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and sketch up
- Ability to work well with others as well as on your own initiative
- Good technical knowledge

**The Architectural Technician role will involve**:

- Preparing drawings, planning documents and visuals
- Prepare and present design proposals using AutoCAD Software
- Independently work and manage timescales against project programmes
- Develop knowledge of the industry
- Liaise and work alongside other Designers
- Prepare and Coordinate construction packages
