We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Front of House Supervisor, who’s highly organised and commercially minded but who also knows how to manage people to get the best out of their team in absence of the senior management.

Restaurant Supervisor Job Purpose:
The supervisor supports the GM and AGM to ensure the effective running of the restaurant. They will assists the General Manager in the overall operations of the restaurant, including enforcing Health and Safety procedures and service standards, as well as running shifts when senior management are not present.

Restaurant Supervisor Job Duties
- ensuring all employees follow company policies and procedures at all times
- overseeing the opening and closing of the premises to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
- ensuring all equipment is properly functioning throughout the day
- keeping accurate records of daily sales, stock, employee labour costs, supplies ordered and more through the appropriate systems.
- supervising and managing staff, planning work schedules and conducting performance reviews
- ensuring good customer satisfaction and handling any complaints
- ensuring food and drinks served are of high quality and service is consistent
- enforcing and health safety practices, sanitation standards and safe food handling procedure

**Requirements**:

- 1 year+ supervisor experience
- Seafood knowledge
- Highly organised, proactive and uses initiative
- Superior customer service skills
