The role

Fugro are looking for a highly organised and diligent Project Administrator to join the IFS project team based in Wallingford on a 10 month contract. This is an interesting role which is pivotal in supporting the team. You will work closely with the implementation lead and other team members to coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of the project. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking project progress, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders. In addition to this you will assist in identifying and resolving issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle. You will also be involved in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence as well as organising and maintaining files and records, organising training and meetings. To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced and confident administrator with strong IT skills.

Who we’re looking for:

- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard to include Maths and English.
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Strong English language skills, both verbal and written.
