Are you a HGV Driver with C+E entitlement? Have you just passed your test and looking to get into an organisation that can offer you the training and development in order to progress your career?

We at GXO arelooking for C+EDriver Trampers to join our team in Flint, supporting our customer, Kimberly Clark. Working a guaranteed 55 hours each week Monday to Friday, you’ll be delivering to palletised products to customer premises, as well as collectinggoods for onward delivery or return to site. We are looking for professional individuals who can enhance our long established partnership with Kimberly Clark.

**Pay, benefits and more**:

- We’re offering an hourly rate of £12.50 per hour and overtime is paid at £18.75 for any hours worked over 55 hours.
- There is an additional payment of £27.52 for nights out and breaks are also paid so your OTE earnings are looking like £44,000 - £46,000 per annum.
- In addition, we offer 20 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Carry out pre and after use vehicle checks in line with company policy
- Ensure that all customer deliveries are made on time and in line with company procedure
- Monitor and report any vehicle defects and wear and tear
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- C+E category licence
- Forklift licence desirable
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
- Less than 6 penalty points on licence (No IN, DR or DD endorsements)
- Flexible in your approach to ensure all customer expectations are met and exceeded.
