**WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE**

Menzies Distribution are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Newstrade, providing a first class service in Belfast. This role is based on a basic 28 hour week, working Tuesday to Thursday.

The hours can be seen below;
- TUESDAY 0800 - 18.30
- WEDNESDAY 08.00 - 18.30
- THURSDAY 08.00 - 16.30

**WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE DUTIES**
- Assemble customer supplies according to packing specifications
- Break down, allocate and load inbound magazine supplies
- Check the quality of packed orders
- Locate over-stocks, enabling efficient compiling of customer orders
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean and tidy
- Adhere to company procedures and policies
- Unload, load, sort and scan deliveries

**WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE REQUIREMENTS**

- Positive ‘can do’ and hardworking approach to work
- Appetite for supporting colleagues
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Physically fit to meet the demands of a warehouse environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- An ability to prioritise and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working to strict deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A FLT licence would be advantageous but not essential
