**About The Role**:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our innovative Agile team. We are seeking a passionate individual who is eager to facilitate growth within our team, transforming the way we solve problems for our business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating agile events, inceptions, planning meetings, and ceremonies
- Empowering the team to enhance their communication and collaboration with stakeholders
- Cultivating a resilient enduring product team that delivers outstanding solutions for our internal and external customers
- Fostering a culture of self-organisation and ownership of the complete solution
- Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to nurture a vibrant community of practice
- Advocating for the Agile mindset across the organisation through your activities and contributions
- Working together to define meaningful metrics that drive decision-making for stakeholders and the team
**About You**:
- Implementing Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum: We value the unique benefits each framework offers and believe in a flexible approach to problem-solving
- You ideally would have worked in a product organisation with a range of teams
- Utilising feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making
- Shaping a team’s ways of working to optimise value delivery to customers
- Effectively navigating prioritisation, dependencies, and blockers in pursuit of continuous improvement
- You have some experience of navigating large Product transformations with a team
Minimum Criteria:
As a minimum for this role, you will need experience as a Scrum Master. You may also have several years’ experience in related delivery roles.
Certifications (CSM, PSM etc.) and practical skills in tooling (yes, we use Jira) are desired but not essential depending on experience levels. We want to hear about your experiences, your successes, and your failures

We operate hybrid working across the organisation where we split our time between working on-site at our offices, and at home, remotely within the UK.
