**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Shift Manager to train and develop the team
- Checking orders and ensuring they are sealed correctly
- Printing and sticking labels accurately and efficiently
- Pick/Packing and labelling
- Ensuring health and safety standards are always met
- Manual handling
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Meet and exceed agreed objectives and targets
- Stock checks
- Loading and unloading.
- Helping to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Using Mechanical Handling Equipment

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to arrange and meet deadlines
- Proficient with data entry, inventory software and systems
- Forklift licence
- Driven
