**What you’ll do**
- Review and monitor revenue performance in line with Revenue Management business cycle, identifying and implementing inventory control and pricing actions to improve outcomes.
- Deliver regional Revenue and Revenue/ASK (RASK) targets, including joint business targets.
- Develop RASK improvement strategies, including trialling and testing new initiatives.
- Performance manage a team of Revenue Delivery Specialists, providing coaching, expertise and guidance to deliver efficient results.
- Ensure effective monitoring of competitor pricing activity and drive appropriate action in a timely manner.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience of working in commercial roles, with a proven background of effective decision making.
- Experience of working in a faced-paced environment, achieving deadlines with good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Proven experience of driving beneficial business change.
- An analytical approach, with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to build strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
