An exciting opportunity has become available for two HR Administrators to join our highly established care and support team to focus on the onboarding of new colleages, based from central office located in Chesterfield, benefitting from a hybrid working pattern.This is an excellent opportunity for a strongly skilled administrator or coordinator who has an interest in post-offer and HR onboarding processes.

**Your Responsibilities**

**Delivering Great Standards**
- Work through the onboarding pipelines within a timely manner to ensure applicants are processed and engaged in line with our priorities and to review and fix issues for an applicant to continue their onboarding journey
- Generation of offer letters and new hire paperwork working in line with CQC guidelines
- Tracking and receiving all onboarding forms and initiating background screening checks, using access workspace
- Coordinating medical and criminal records checks
- Updating relevant systems in a timely manner ensuring that all information is accurate
- Liaising with immigration providers when required
- Completing any other tasks as requested in relation to the on-boarding of permanent hires
- Working to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines
- Ad hoc projects as requested
- Ensuring that all personal and sensitive information is handled within company and GDPR guidelines
