We have a new and exciting role for an experienced **Domiciliary Care Coordinator** to be part of our clients growing and successful team in Milton Keynes.

Working closely with the Domiciliary Care management team, you will lead on all the various elements of Care compliance including but not limited to reviewing care plans and risk assessments, carrying out field-based spot checks, supporting and monitoring all aspects of staff compliance and audits on all care files, MARs sheets and carry out regular audits on progress notes, task completion, and duration of calls.

You will be expected to attend full induction training to ensure we get the best value from you and vice versa.

**About You**:
A driver will be preferred but non-drivers can apply.

Be willing to work in a different location other than Milton Keynes as the company expands in the near future.

Ideally, you would have experience and knowledge of working in a home care / social care setting and carrying out audits in a senior role.

Be willing to pick some shifts only where necessary. Meaning that there will be some care calls required. But all things working as normal you should spend most days in the office.

You will be working for a supportive, dynamic cohesive team led by a very accessible management team that listens.

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Care Coordinating: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
