Qualified Butcher to join our team

Starting at 8.00am and finishing at 5.30pm Tuesday-Saturday

Salary between £25,205.00-£28,336.00 Per year depending on experience

Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing:

- Producing meat for sale including boning out of carcasses with good cutting standards.
- Assisting in the production of sausage and burger making
- Ensuring that all food safety and health and safety regulations are met within the butchery department.
- Displaying products to a high standard
- Greeting and speaking to customers,providing advice,answering questions and taking orders/and payments.

Here are a few things about you that we will be looking for:

- Experience in a butchery environment
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Enthusiastic,committed and self-motivated
- Having an can do attitude to challenging situations
- Having a flexible approach to working hours
