The service is reviewing and resetting how the Modern Matron operates and we hope the successful person will bring a perspective of curiosity and challenge. As Matron you'll be at the heart of the centre, leading from the front with a level head and a flexible energised attitude. This is a role where communication is key along with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

**The modern matron provides clinical and operational leadership, promoting the safe delivery of high quality and safe care, compliance with key performance indicators, regulatory compliance; supporting staff to achieve outstanding care through effective compassionate management. You will be involved in projects, meetings and reviews.
