**The role**:
As a Project Manager within the Euro Car Parts’ Project Management Office (PMO) you will be responsible for full lifecycle delivery of digital and ecommerce projects, taking high-level concepts and requirements through to delivery of fully operational systems.Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will work closely with other members of the PMO team, matrix managing colleagues from both ECP and our parent company, LKQ Europe, as well as within third parties, to effect delivery to time, cost, quality and scope parameters.You will operate within our tried and tested PMO framework as well as having the opportunity to build on our PMO processes when appropriate.

**Not everyone can be an Euro Car Parts Project Manager of course To be seriously considered for this role, you will need the following**:
**Experience**: Previous experience of managing digital and/or ecommerce projects is essential, whilst familiarity with distribution/trade counter sales businesses and a working knowledge of both MS Project and business change management processesare all positives.

**Skills**: We are looking for someone who has strong project management skills coupled with a good understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile etc.); certification in these methodologies would be a bonus. You should beable to communicate technical solutions and issues to a non-technical audience too, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

**Characteristics**: You should be a strong leader, with the ability to lead and motivate others to deliver to the best of their abilities, able to manage multiple projects across internal teams and third parties, in a busy environment. Youwill be able to understand the demands of senior management and be comfortable in setting their expectations accordingly. You will possess excellent attention to detail and above all, demonstrate a professional attitude to your work.
