**About the Role**:
As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will be an essential part of our team, helping to drive sales and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and face-to-face interactions. You will work closely with clients and event teams to promote their missions and inspire community support. This role will allow you to develop valuable skills in marketing while directly contributing to sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales-Focused Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies that emphasize direct sales efforts, aiming to increase client engagement and donations through face-to-face interactions.
- Client Engagement: Work with various non-profit organizations to understand their goals and craft marketing messages that resonate with their target audiences.
- Event Promotion: Assist in promoting events and initiatives through effective marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong turnout and active participation from the community.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during events, providing essential product information to potential donors or customers.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities, using this information to refine marketing strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, adjusting tactics as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, events, and management, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A strong interest in sales and marketing; previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with people and building relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
