Humly North East are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and confident _Cover Supervisors_ to join our team, supporting secondary schools across Redcar. This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work in education, whether you are seeking short-term daily supply or longer-term placements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher
- Support students in engaging with their learning during cover lessons

**About You**:

- Previous experience working with young people (e.g. as a teaching assistant, tutor, youth worker, or sports coach) is essential
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confident and adaptable with a professional attitude
- A valid degree and a minimum of GCSEs (A*-C) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
