OVERVIEW:

- With a significant increase in the amount of commercial work the team undertake for their public sector clients, there is a need for an additional experienced Commercial Solicitor.
- Applications are sought from Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and experience working at a leading UK law firm or in-house legal team, advising public or private sector clients on commercial law matters
- You will be expected to contribute to the team’s marketing initiative through developing new products and undertaking business development work, as well as supervising junior colleagues.
- You will have experience of drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, advising on procurement law and or subsidy control matters and drafting and advising on grant funding agreements.
- It is essential that you are self-motivated, team player, adaptable to working with a wide ranging client base and able to give clear, commercial advice at all times.
