We are looking for an inspirational Engineering & Quality Project Manager to steer our team of talented individuals and to help them reach their potential.

You will receive all the support you need from our senior management team as we work together to bring success to this department and the company as a whole.

**Essential Skills**:

- Effective people manager and coaching ability
- Track record of building and developing successful teams
- Effective communicator with customers, colleagues, and consultants
- Able to undertake UK and international travel when required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading an Engineering team and 10 years of engineering experience
- Experience of leading an engineering team through new product introduction
- Working with outsourced manufacturing both UK and overseas
- Working with external consultants
- Working for a manufacturer of electrical branded products
- Hands-on experience of product design, testing, and implementation
- Working with ISO accreditations
- Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen
- Strong project management skills

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexible, versatile, resilient and pragmatic
- Organised, structured, and systematic
- An analytical and detailed thinker
- Commutable distance to office as this role is office based
- An engineering degree
- Hand-on manufacturing or support experience
- Technical product experience (this is not for someone who has not worked with technical products previously)
