**UI/UX Designer - Hybrid - £45,000**

This creative collective for over 25 years have been crafting out of this world digital experiences for big client names such as the BBC, Sky, Breast Cancer Now and Historic England. They're thriving having recently launched their new branding identify and secured new large-scale projects so it's now time for them to welcome a UI/UX Designer through the doors of theirbeautiful converted mill studio.

**The Role - UI/UX Designer**

As a Midweight UI/UX Designer, you will be joining a passionate team of 4 designers, working alongside other techies like project managers, product owners, testers, delivering on super cool projects.

You'll be helping to understand user needs and journeys, business requirements, analytics and usability findings. You'll also be creating low and high-fidelity designs, user flows, wireframes and prototypes, as well as contributing to user Research. Althoughyour role will largely be UX focussed as well as some service design, there will be opportunities to do some UI & other creative work so lots of variety should you wish to get involved.

They're an agency with a broad range of clients across various industries, we're talking charity, entertainment, education & tourism - here you will have the opportunity to get involved on various creative projects (including games, apps, immersive experiences,etc). From the get go you will be involved in a large scale government projects (it's all hush hush for now, but super cool (I'm told)), working with an Agile team of 10 including UX researchers, designers, developers & BI specialists. You will learn fromtop experts and have access to all the latest tools and technologies to build cutting-edge digital products.

About you:

- 2+ years' commercial end to end UX experience for digital products
- Agency experience preferred but by no means essential
