Production Support Operator

Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a **Production Support Operator**.

Purolite is the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technologies, with R&D and manufacturing facilities in several key locations around the world, including the UK, USA, China and Romania. We provide innovative solutions to global pharmaceutical, power, hydrometallurgy, electronics, ground water and Life Sciences industries.

The role is to ensure the site is kept to a high standard, offloading tankers and to support the production team operators

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist the production team to meet production goals
- Deal with tankers whether it is a waste collection or a raw material delivery
- Maintain a clean working environment in the warehouse, back yard and in general across plant
- Check the PPE list daily and restocking consumables
- Weigh out raw materials to aid production
- Take samples for measurements, along with QC samples and submissions
- Complete of QESH walkabout findings in a timely manner
- Waste list to be generated every Wednesday and aid the collection on a Friday
- Print labels for raw materials, QC samples or final packed products
- Stock transfers between site
- Daily & weekly checklist, including safety shower checks
- Any other reasonable tasks as required by the management

**What you’ll need**:

- Experience working within a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to be proactive, thorough & hands-on approach
- Strong team player
- Excellent attention to detail
- Computer competent
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
