We’re looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic Product Merchandiser to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the UK’s fastest growing Hobby Store. You will be working alongside our product team to help onboard new and exciting products as well as maintain current relationships. You will be in charge of upkeeping our current library of Trading Card Games, Tabletop Games, Video Games and Comics as well as upcoming new projects.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Adding new and exciting products to our ever growing library, and managing the inventory
- Liaise with current and new suppliers
- Upkeep the current product line, ensuring necessary re-stocks are made
- Dealing with b2b collaboration enquiries.
- Working with team leaders to coordinate public relations.
- Organising and maintaining internal calendars.
- Assisting the bulk department with sorting and listing products

**About You**:

- Self-motivated, flexible individual who loves to work as part of a team.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build instant customer rapport.
- Ability to work quickly with confidence and be adaptable to change.
- Work well under pressure.
- Follows brand identity to complete work to an existing standard.
- Identifies and recommends suggestions to help strengthen business relationships.
- High level of communication skills both verbal and written.
- Work closely with other departments to drive continuous improvements.
- Proficient computer skills and understanding of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Confidence in handling different spreadsheets and creating formulas
- 4+ GCSE's A*- C's. (preferred)
