Are you a talented Warehouse Operative, or are you aiming to be one?

Can you demonstrate that you have experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

If so then you could be perfect for my client.

Please note: Whilst initially this is a temporary role there is the potential for the role to become permanent in the future.
- The Role:
In the Warehouse Operative role you'll report to the Warehouse Manager and will be primarily responsible for processing and shipping orders for clients’ online stores working towards KPI and targets.

Specific tasks include:

- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls, which typically involves using a hand-held scanner
- Picking items that are relevant to the customer you are working on, and packing them safely ready for delivery
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and added value whilst key service levels are not affected

To be the right person for Warehouse Operative role you will need direct experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

We also need you to have prior experience of and have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

It's also essential that you've got experience of assembly work or otherwise some production work.

It's important that you also have the following:

- A strong attitude and work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills and team working skills
- Excellent team working skills

You'll also need to be the following:

- Enthusiastic and have a flexible attitude
- Forward thinking and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Be Energetic and keen

- The Package:
The basic salary for the Warehouse Operative role is between £10.45 - £12.10 per hour. You can also earn overtime in this role.
