**Overview**

We are looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join our team. You will work within a busy Transport department and will be responsible for administration some aspects of planning, & general back-office tasks.

This role is working Sunday to Wednesday from 11:00-21:00.

**How will you contribute?**
- To work with, assist, and report to the Transport Team Managers
- Accurate completion of daily Transport paperwork in-line with company policy and procedures
- Collation & input of statistical information for various Transport reports
- Close liaison with other departments within the site and the customer Contract
- General administration duties in-line with Transport legislation, company policy and procedures
- Assist in the completion of day-to-day operational activities
- Debriefing drivers as they finish, also completing on the system
- Instruct Drivers according to operational requirements and schedule adherence
- Administration control of tachographs
- Ensuring all deliveries are delivered within time windows, changing time windows if necessary and updating the stores/customer
- Assist with the management of vehicle defects through the VOR process
- Holiday/sickness cover for morning shift

- IT literacy to include Excel, Word and Outlook
- Team player, self-motivated, flexible and confident
