Motorcycle Tester

Do you love riding motorcycles? 4th Dimension Innovation have a great opportunity to combine your passion for riding with a job, how cool is that? We are recruiting for 2 full time or part time Motorcycle Road Testers to be based in Egham, Surrey.

The key focus of this role will be to test new bikes before delivery to their new owner, our hire bikes before the next customer and customers’ bikes after they have been serviced. All bikes will have been prepared to the highest standards by our teams ready to be delivered to the end user. We are looking for someone with a passion for what they do and the motorcycle experience to perform your duties to the highest standards.

In return we offer a state-of-the-art, air conditioned and fully equipped service department with flexible hours between 7am - 6pm daily Monday - Friday, a friendly team with the opportunity to get involved in Social Events and Community Projects and overtime.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To perform controlled road tests appropriate to work carried out on the vehicle
- Test and check all rider controls
- Vehicle running checks supplementary to road tests
- The checking and completion of road test documents
- Liaison with the service department and technicians regarding any concerns

**Experience**:

- A full UK motorcycle (A - unrestricted) licence, free from any serious motor convictions
- Minimum of 5 years’ riding experience
- A methodical, confident rider who is able to distinguish various faults or issues while road testing a vehicle
- Ability to distinguish vehicle performance in line within expectation
- Systematic and organised with the skill to pay attention to the finer details
- Technical experience would be an advantage
- Experience of quality processes and systems is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills; including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
