We are growing our Leasing Team at Auriens, supporting our new property Auriens Chelsea, our luxury later living residence situated in the heart of Chelsea. We are in search of a self-motivated, hard-working and exceptionally organised leasing specialist. This role is perfect form someone wo can build strong relationships, communication skills and attention to detail.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is a great opportunity for the right person to really showcase their versatility with all aspect of the leasing process, working a 'total account management' model, seeing potential residents through the leasing journey from initial enquiry. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to offer bespoke and personalised service when helping our residents to find the right opportunity with us at Auriens.
The role will work collaboratively as part of a passionate team, sourcing and building relationships with new leads and will ultimately be part of the leasing journey for prospective residents from initial qualification to tenancy completion and the handover to the Resident Liaison and the Operations team.
**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in this role, you should be discreet, you will need to be agile in how you work to deal with the varying demands of the role, you will need to be a good problem solver and will need to be extremely efficient. Some previous experience in Property Management or Lettings would be useful, to know a bit about what it takes to be a Lettings Coordinator/Administrator and dealing with high-net-worth individuals would be useful or similar transferable skills.
**ROLE**
- Conduct meeting and site visits that engage in the understanding of the motivation and needs of prospective residents and influencers
- Carry out home visits to further the trust and understanding of prospects
- Nurture prospects along the sales pipeline
- Manage your prospects journey on the CRM/Sherpa system and use the planning guides to enhance and assist in engagement
- Initiate creatives and work on planning sessions, proactively thinking ahead
- Entertain prospects to lunches, afternoon teas and creative activities as appropriate
- To oversee the initial reservation process and coordination of correct documentation checks leading to the instruction of solicitors
- Work closely with residents and solicitors to ensure sales milestones are met including exchange, meetings with the care team and GM, signing the tenancy agreement
- Handle specific customer requests with accurate and swift follow up, offering solutions where possible for any perceived barriers
- Ensure customers are fully briefed on the legal process and ensure each sales milestone is completed on time
- Introduce the Resident liaison at the appropriate time in the process
- Communicate across departments pre/post meeting needs
- Work with 3rd parties and influences for opportunities to generate leads
- Ensure a detailed knowledge of all aspects of the operational sides of the business
- Produce regular sales reports and analytical content as required
- Undertake Sherpa development and Auriens training programmes
- To share and input market and customer knowledge into current and pipeline developments
- Carry out periodic market research on competitor products
- Work within a team that seeks for find solutions and the execution of an outstanding experience for prospects
**SKILLS**
- Thorough knowledge of the leasing process from end to end
- Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
- Methodical, organised and reliable
- Friendly and a natural team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Thorough understanding of leasing regulations and legislation
**EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years’ experience in a role in Leasing
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Previous experience with and use of CRM systems
- Be an excellent communicator with ability to develop key working relationships through persuasions and diplomacy
- Think creatively with the ability to manage and deal with conflicting and complex issues
