We have exciting opportunity to join a food manufacturing business as a multi skilled maintenance engineer. We have recruited a new engineering manager into the business, and hisremit for us is to source individuals who want to make a change to their workingenvironment, who believe in finding solutions to problems and strive for world class manufacturing.
Profile
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be a truly multi-skilled engineer with a recognised qualification in electrical engineering and a sound mechanical appreciation. You will be a highly motivated individual and be able to react quickly to breakdowns aswell as working within a PPM and continuous improvement environment.
The Role
As Maintenance Engineer you will be working within a team responsible for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of equipment in a state-of-the-art factory. You will be working on food process machinery and will be dealing with fault finding on various PLC's,you will also be responsible for breakdowns and planned and preventative maintenance on all the machines. You must have a good understanding both electrical and mechanical equipment.
