**Contract Lawyer**
An exciting role has arisen for a Contentious Contract Lawyer to join a top international law firm on an ongoing temporary basis.
The successful Contract Lawyer will have litigation experience, ideally managing a sizeable caseload, and have practiced in the UK or a similar overseas jurisdiction.
**Your Role**:
You will be working on a long-running banking matter to support the firm's Disputes team. They manage a large portfolio of litigation claims (approx. 4000 at a time) and the work is county court civil litigation in relation to the mis-selling of financial products.
The successful Contract Lawyer will have autonomy and responsibility for their case load whilst reporting into one of the associates. The firm have lots of templates, precedents, and tools that you will have access to. The environment is fast paced and highvolume, but they are very supportive and will ensure you are trained up properly.
- Managing your own caseload
- Directly liaising with Court
- Preparation of court documents
- Attending committee meetings
Remote and office working are both options as this firm embraces the hybrid working model. The firm are looking for an initial six-month commitment.
