KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Services and Business Processes
- Providing administrative support for new and existing clients and schemes.
- Ensure timely delivery of employee benefits scheme processing for group risk, group private medical insurance and other schemes/policies in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clear audit trail for all client records.
- Providing new business quotations for group risk and healthcare schemes.
- Drafting proposition documents, reports and presentations for consultants.
- Dealing with client queries, regarding fee/commission, group risk claims and healthcare claims.
- Providing strong broad knowledge on the products and providers available on the open market.

Office Services - Answering the telephone, greeting clients, meeting room bookings, processing the post and maintaining a comprehensive electronic client filing system.

Communication - Developing and maintaining good working relationships with consultants, colleagues and management in order to provide an efficient and effective service to the consultant and the client.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience within a similar role, additional training will be provided where required.
- An understanding of Group Life, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness and Group Private Medical Insurance Schemes, Group Travel, Group Dental, Cash Plans, & Employee Assistance Programmes.

- Preferred qualifications: Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics (R01), Healthcare Insurance Products (IF7), Group Risk (GR1)
