**Full Time Support Worker, Experience Preferred**

Ideal for anyone living local to Inverurie or neighbouring towns such as; Westhill, Huntley & Insch.

You will be supporting adults and children in their own homes with; personal care, domestic support, following daily planners, medication administration, budgeting and encouraging social integration.

You must have good communication skills, be able to use your own initiative and be aware of care standards and SSSC requirements. Experience with complex needs would be an advantage or the willingness to learn how to support individuals with challengingbehaviour.

Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. Shift patterns can vary and may include days, evenings, sleep-ins and waking nights.

An enhanced Adult and Child PVG is required for this role.
