We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Associate to join our Investment Team. In this role, you will collaborate with entrepreneurs raising funds via Seedrs, facilitating their funding process and subsequent inclusion in the Seedrs portfolio. Your responsibilities are crucial in effectively managing our portfolio companies to safeguard the interests of our investors.

**What You'll Do**
- Engaging with portfolio companies throughout their growth trajectory, including follow-on investment rounds, restructures, wind-ups, and exits.
- Handling shareholder consent requests.
- Managing and conducting pre-emption rounds for our portfolio companies.
- Cultivating relationships with our entrepreneurs.
- Ensuring timely updates for our investors.
- Monitoring our portfolio, addressing significant issues as they arise.
- Identifying new products or process enhancements to facilitate team scalability or provide added value for our entrepreneurs and investors.

**Who we're looking for**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as financial or professional services.
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter and problem-solver, with confidence in analysing issues and making decisions.
- Proficiency in efficient time management and prioritization across multiple workstreams.
- Genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and venture capital.
- Flexibility, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to establish and sustain positive relationships.
- Proficient in financial analysis with strong analytical skills.
