**Job Description
Who are we looking for?**
Are you an undergraduate student looking for a 12-month placement as part of your degree? Do you want to work for an organisation that is helping to shape the future of the world’s energy?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Database Administrator to join a collaborative team of 5, supporting with technical matters related to our business system, Unit 4 ERP. Due to the nature of the role, you will gain a breadth of exposureto a range of departments across the organisation as well as at all levels, including Directors, putting you in great stead for future employment post-studies.
**What will you be responsible for?**:

- Providing support for issues, including developing reports and proposing technical solutions to change requests.
- Supporting and testing the use of additional functionality that is currently not in use, but is being considered for the near future
- Create and publish training material to support the system.
**Qualifications
Essential skills, experience and competence required**:

- Some understanding of using standard business processes such as Project systems, customer billing system, HR system, finance system, purchasing and order tracking etc.
- An appreciation of data protection and data security.
- Good analytical skills.
- Effective communicator across all levels with strong influencing skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Desire to learn about business processes.
