This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Higher Learning Teaching Assistant to join an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated Primary School based in Banbury. This school have a proven track record of investing in their staff through funded Continual ProfessionalDevelopment. Operating within a newly refurbished, first class site, this Primary School in Banbury are looking to expand their team with an experienced, passionate, ambitious Teaching Assistant looking to progress to the HLTA role.

This role is also open to previously established Higher Learning Teaching Assistants who are looking for a fresh challenge to test their skills

The Role:

- Higher Learning Teaching Assistant.
- Primary School
- Banbury
- ASAP start date.
- Part/Full time
- £80 - £100 a day
- 1:1 and small group support for students with complex needs (Autism, ASD, and Downs Syndrome).
- As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for strategies for 3-4 other members of staff to meet the challenging behaviour needs of your department.
- Will be HLTA certified, or have minimum of 1 Years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant.
- SEN specialism highly desirable.
- Proactive attitude, with a desire to grow through continual professional development.
